Use of the alpha
You may use the prototype for personal focus and task organization. Features and availability may change while development continues. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important notes, deadlines or records. Preserve independent backups of data you need.
No guaranteed outcome or availability
The timer, task list and generated soundscapes are tools, not promises about productivity, academic results, wellness or a particular outcome. Browser, device, operating-system, network, storage and third-party-provider behavior may interrupt use. Timing and cloud conflict recovery have not completed a release-grade cross-browser evaluation.
Local data and optional Firebase account
The app works in guest/local mode. When the owner configures Firebase and a user chooses a verified account and enables sync, app data may be stored in Cloud Firestore under that account. The current cloud snapshot has a 700 KiB application cap. Sync may fail due to network, provider, account, Rules or quota errors; local records remain the working copy. Do not consider cloud sync a substitute for user-managed backup.
Account deletion attempts to remove the Firebase Authentication account and its cloud snapshot after reauthentication. It does not erase local browser data on this or other devices or files exported by the user. The actual Firebase project, provider configuration and rules must be correctly deployed for account behavior to work.
Audio, third-party terms and current feature scope
Current ambience is synthesized in the browser; no third-party recorded music catalogue is included. Alpha 0.0.9 does not implement payment checkout, paid subscriptions, server-enforced entitlement checks, live advertising or automatic feedback submission. If those services are added later, these draft terms must be revised and reviewed before use.
Acceptable use, risk and changes
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt availability, access another user's data or use the product unlawfully. The operator must replace this draft with specific legally reviewed provisions for prohibited use, ownership/intellectual property, account rules, cancellations/refunds if ever applicable, limitations/liability, dispute resolution, governing law and notice methods before public launch.

The operator's legal identity, address, governing-law choice and contact details are not configured. This draft is dated 25 October 2026 and is not suitable as final terms until those details, provider arrangements and actual production behavior are reviewed.
